Blessed species are species capable of using magic. All blessed species are intelegent almost by requirement. It being impossible to use classical magic without without understanding the desired effect and the chances of an unintelegent species accedently drawing an arcane glyph are slim to none. At first it was thought that intelegence and magic were synonymous but the discovery of humanity and later daemon type accursed has proven this to be incorrect as both possess intelegence and lack magic. Instead daemon type accursed actually appeared to possess detrimental effects on magic and humans are a special case into and of themselves.
Blessed species live in collectives of various sizes. These collectives often gather around each other in one location in communities. The amaligimation of of many species and their cultures in localised positions. These communities often keep humans in one capacity or another, how depending on the community in question. This almost being out of nessessity. Communities form due to the fact that accursed are drawn to them and out of safety. Each blessed species having a sub-type of magic they excel at and the collective powers of a community keeping it’s various inhabitants safe. As for the use of humans in such communities it depends on how humans are treated as too their ultimate purpose but in general the adapatability of humans mean that they can live anywhere.
